I ordered a used book from Amazon, and used books come from small partner booksellers, not directly from Amazon. Generally, when I buy a book, I want it within a week. Sometimes overnight. This e-mail from the vendor really set me off. Be patient? You've got to be kidding.

Thank you for your purchase of "1500+ Keywords for $100,000+ Jobs." It will be shipped Monday via USPS Media Mail. Please note that Media Mail CAN take up to 21 days (according to the Post Office). Please be patient.

I would gladly pay a few extra dollars to receive the book in a timely manner. 21 days is completely unacceptable—worked fine in covered wagon days.
Please ship standard UPS or USPS Priority mail (what is that, $3.85?).
Thank you,
:B
