Dear Bill:

It's been some time since we have talked, and I wanted to make you aware of my decision to leave my current position as Vice President of Human Resources for The Health Group (THG). As you may know, during the past years, THG (like the industry in general) has undergone severe economic difficulties resulting in dramatic staff reductions, budgetary belt-tightening and a general slowdown in activity. These factors have contributed to my decision to look for another opportunity where the economic climate and corporate outlook are better positioned to benefit from strategic business partnership utilizing innovative and strong Human Resource Management.

I believe my 15 years experience as a Human Resource and Strategic Business Planning professional and executive has uniquely prepared me to manage state-of-the-art, integrated Human Resources systems.

I am interested in talking to executives of companies who are willing to demonstrate their commitment to expending their Human Resources management capability. If you are aware of challenging opportunities within such companies, I would appreciate the opportunity to share my achievements, experience and ideas directly with them. I am not restricted geographically and am anxious to find an opportunity where my energies and skills in Human Resources Management can be utilized to achieve bottom line results.

I am anxious to talk with you and will call you in the next week or so. I would appreciate your help and look forward to talking with you.

Regards,

Bruce M. Kleinman
