One of my clients was the Vice President of Sales for a charter aircraft company. This is where you fly if you want to pay $2,500 per hour. He was new in the job, so it was a major home run when he wrestled a big account from the competition. Below is an excerpt from his e-mail to me, then my 12-word reply.

The oil companies are starting to perk up again, another sign that the economy is picking up! Executives are starting to feel more confident about the economy which will help us grow our business.
