Three consulting firms, including CareerLab, launched a service called Safe@Work™ to prevent and control workplace violence in businesses. As it turned out, we didn't need referrals. With workplace violence escalating, we had all the business we needed.
Ultimately, I opted out of the niche, because I didn't like the work [violence]. At the time of this letter, I was still promoting Safe@Work.™ Congratulations + Promotion = Success [C+P=S].

Leena,
Thanks so much for calling to let me about your career move. I'm proud of you and excited for you. This sounds like a great opportunity, one that will really take advantage of your best skills.
Here's the safety information I promised: 1) a printout of our "Safe@Work" Internet web site, 2) a few telephone stickers for emergency, and 3) a couple pencils, just for the fun of it.
Let's talk in a month or so to see how you're getting along.
With all the best,
William S. Frank
P.S.—You never know how many friends you have until you own a place in Arizona in February.
