I've always found it helpful to have a bulleted list of services to answer the question, "What do you do?" The list works best when it's short, and when the services cluster under a common theme.

At the time it was created, the list below was too broad, so I've shortened it now to include only: Career Strategy Consulting, Executive Coaching, Performance Improvement, Leadership Development, The Difficult or High-Risk Termination, Outplacement, and Sounding Board for CEOs. We're much more focused. Your list will probably change many times over the course of your firm's history.
