Blythe,
I've written articles for "Colorado Business Life" before, typically on career development and outplacement.
Companies are operating so lean these days there are few internal mentors. Candidates promoted into executive ranks often fail because they lack management skills and so-called people skills, and because there's no one they can turn to for help.
Many companies are looking outside to "Executive Coaches" to fill this need. I'd like to do a piece for you on this new trend of "Executive Coaching"something the length of Ben Szierkowicz's or Frank Liebermann's columns this week. Do you have a handout of editorial guidelines, or how should I proceed?
Thanks,
:Bill Frank
