I was saddened when my bookkeeper told me her husband's brother had died suddenly. The two brothers were extremely close, and partners in business. Normally, I send a personal letter and grief book immediately, but in this case I did not. After several months, I asked my bookkeeper how her husband was doing. "Struggling," she said. I was moved by his situation and sent this note and gift.
