Have a great TODAY!
I first saw this ending on an e-mail from Brad Bawmann, President of The Bawmann Group, a fast-growing Denver public relations firm. I've copied it occasionally, and it adds punch to otherwise routine correspondence.
I sent this note after a networking lunch with a potential client. No consulting projects seemed possible at the moment, so I sent a simple no-frills thank you.

Janis,
Thanks for taking time from your very busy schedule to meet with Todd and me.
It was nice learning more about you and Systell Corporation. Your job sounds terrifically exciting. You're really "where the action is." I can't imagine anything more fun.
Have a great TODAY!
