A potential client visited our office. The meeting went well, and it seemed as if she would hire us. I sent this 25-word note to close the sale.
I'm surprised at how many clients I've won by sending this kind of note, and I'm surprised that my competitors seldom take the time. Even when the deal is closed, I still send a few words. A note further convinces clients that they've made the right decision—and prevents buyer's remorse.
