This is the second in a series of four letters. After speaking to the Bureau of Land Management, I sent the debtor an e-mail letting them know I was planning to phone their customer directly. The debtor's e-mail reply is quite calm, and totally ignores the 90 days of previous collection activity.

Its unfortunate that our first communication from you has been of the nature it has been. Please be advised that my partner and I are currently reviewing the payables and plan to be in touch with you regarding the amount owed to you.
Lincoln Management honors its obligations and will do so in your case as well.
