Thanks for your extra efforts these past four weeks.  I've put a lot of "RUSH" projects in your path, and you've turned them around instantly. This has allowed me to stay on course during a difficult time.  Your enthusiasm and upbeat attitude make a big difference to me.  I really appreciate having you here.
