Businesses have their ups and downs, and we're no exception.  A series of bad office managers left us in a tight cash flow position. We hired a SVP for Corporate Development who had strong operations and business management skills.  She reduced our costs dramatically and put the business back into the black.  This note included a gift certificate for dinner at one of her favorite restaurants.
