We opened a satellite office in Ft. Collins, Colorado, 75 miles from our U.S. headquarters in Denver. The wife of one of our  consultants functioned as office manager and played a major role in our success. Unable to travel to Ft. Collins regularly, I used the mail to communicate my thanks and support.

It's nice to receive a gift and card, but these three gifts and cards were sent three days apart, creating a larger impact. This third note included a $100 gift card, bringing the total to $250. Peyton was our consultant, Marlene's husband.
