I have recently left Texas Instruments as Vice President of Operations and am looking to join a small to medium-sized manufacturing company in a chief executive or senior management role. My intentions would also include obtaining an equity position in the company.

I have been very successful and have been acknowledged for my accomplishments in startup operations in both domestic U.S. and international locations.

Most recently, I have been consulting with Toy Manufacturing, Inc. managing a major new product introduction. I have been coordinating the engineering pilot runs, sourcing, and manufacturing startup for TWI's main-line new product being introduced this fall. This product is now being shipped to customers per the original plan.

My annual salary and bonus compensation at TI totaled $140,000 annually. While I prefer remaining in the Dallas area, I will definitely consider relocation for the right opportunity.
