Besides the media, we routinely broadcast news releases to our friends and business acquaintances. Here I had sent a release to Joe Sabah, a close friend and mentor. Joe was the person who inspired me to become a career consultant. He's big in my life.
The e-mail below is merged. It shows some of my original message to Joe and his reply. His reply is in italics. It's nice to tell the media what you're doing. It's even nicer to tell your friends.
