We bill consulting time by the hour at $350 per hour. We track our time in quarter hours.

A simple consultation where a physician simply wants an overview of his career to re-position himself inside Cadvaref, survive the changes, and flourish in the new climate could be eight (8) to twelve (12) hours. A full-blown outplacement, where a doctor is launching a job campaign, conducting an aggressive job search, and not settling for anything mediocre could run thirty-five (35) to forty (40) hours. I'm sure most cases will fall somewhere in between.
All our charges are invoiced monthly, and broken out by participant. That means you'll receive a separate invoice for each physician so you can track charges.
