Good Luck With Surgery

When I learned that one of my favorite college professors was about to undergo surgery, I sent this. Earlier, he had sent me one of his logic books as a gift. Fortunately, everything did "turn out fine."

Dave,

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow.  I'll hold you in my thoughts and prayers, knowing everything will turn out fine.

I'm enjoying your logic book, especially seeing your handwriting—which I remember so well—in the margins.

With affection,
Bill
