Terminal Illness

One of my business friends developed a terminal illness and was an inspiration to everyone in her world. Her name, Joy, was really appropriate. She was a delight to know, even under the worst circumstances, and she attended professional meetings and kept her job until the very end of her life.

Dear Joy,
Thanks for a good-feeling lunch Thursday.

I appreciate your coming my way knowing how much energy that takes. I'm glad your spirits are up—you have inspired me!

I am praying for you, as I always have been, and if you need me to be with you, please call.

Bill
