If you're asked to facilitate a meeting, you'll notice your supporters and big contributors. I've found them priceless, because they actually co-lead the group. This group was TOP-12, a leadership roundtable for the best Human Resources executives in Colorado. Stephen was so powerful in this meeting he made me look good and made my job easy. And I thanked him for it.
