Thanks For Emotional Support

Emotional support can come in small or large doses, but when it comes to me, I appreciate it. I ran a human resources leadership roundtable called "TOP-12" for three years, then merged it with the Human Resources Planning Society, a national organization. I felt that doing so would give us more members, national resources, and higher energy. It was bittersweet, though, because I stepped out of the limelight.

Mollie Atkinson, one of the original members sent me an e-mail saying,"This is certainly the right thing to do. Thanks for your leadership with the TOP-12." Appreciating her support, I sent this reply.

Thank you, Mollie. You've been one of the driving forces in the group, a source of high energy and good ideas, and a big help to me personally.

Thanks very much,
