Thanks For Sharing Technical Knowledge

When I hear new buzzwords, I try to learn something about them so clients don't surprise me with questions I can't answer. After a CEO told me he was bringing "balanced scorecard" into his company, I called a knowledgeable friend, and she briefed me.
