Thanks To Vendor For Superb Service

When I launched CareerLab,® I outsourced word processing to a small neighborhood secretarial service. The two women who ran the company were the nicest people on the planet. I still credit them with much of my early success.  

I'm not sure how they felt about my greeting them at the front door of their office every morning as they arrived. I'm sure I became a bit of a pest. Still, they supported me and my clients for many years, and their quality never dropped. This was remarkable, and I told them so.

I've noticed lately what good service you've been giving me, and I wanted to point that out to you.

Of course, this is nothing new. You have been delivering superior service to me for more than two years now.

But the thing I appreciate is that you aren't taking me for granted. Many companies ignore their older customers and lavish their attention on newer or bigger ones.

You aren't doing that. I still get the same friendly response I got that first day I walked in.
