Dear Mr. Frank:

You are recognized to be a proven expert in the Colorado career market. Perhaps we can combine forces to our mutual benefit.

At 40, I am a seasoned business professional with a rich and varied management background. My 12-year career at NyTek Oil Corporation has encompassed accounting, finance, budgeting and planning, financial analysis, project management, corporate communications, and policies/procedures.

My education includes an MBA and many years of experience working closely with senior management at NyTek, a 70-year-old, $500 million (assets) public corporation headquartered in Denver. I am a proven team leader and team player.

I have successfully planned and directed multi-million dollar, multi-departmental projects. I managed the dissolution and liquidation of $60 million of public limited partnerships and have directed asset sales in excess of $40 million. I completed the selection and installation of a corporate local area network of personal computers.

As Vice President of Investor Relations and Administration for NyTek Exploration, Inc., 10,000 limited partners have looked to me as their primary information link with the corporation. I provide investment status, drilling results, financial statements, tax projections, ownership and estate questions, and general hand-holding. An ongoing reduction in partnership activity by NyTek, however, leaves me underutilized and unchallenged.

I value my oil and gas experience, but being a business generalist, am not tied to a single industry. An updated resume is available at your request. Feel free to call me at home or at my direct office number, 697-5743. I would very much like a chance to chat with you about today's job market and, of course, my prospects in particular.

Very truly yours,

Michael Treasure, Jr.
