Dear Mike:

Needless to say, I was disappointed to learn that you have chosen someone else to fill your Controller's position. I felt that your company's needs and my background very closely paralleled, and that I possess the management experience to work with you in building the organization.

If something changes, please do not hesitate to call me. I know that I can meet the high standards which you are striving to achieve. I was very excited, and hopeful, that I would have the chance to work with you and your staff as a member of the team.

Please thank your managers for their time and consideration on my behalf. I know how difficult it is to make a decision such as you were all faced with.

Your organization is producing a high quality product. That was obvious from my observations during my tour of the facilities. I was very impressed with the company and its personnel. I truly enjoyed my visit in August.

My best regards,

Ronald L. Evans
