I have 14 years of progressive experience in finance, systems, and materials management. I am a Certified Fellow of the American Production and Inventory Control Society and have an MBA from Stanford. Briefly, here are a few of my accomplishments:

• Restructured a materials organization of 75 people to obtain a focused team effort. Made major systems (MRP) enhancements to accommodate JIT. These changes resulted in lead time and shortage reductions of 50%, inventory reductions of $15 million, 10% cost savings, and 99% inventory accuracy.
   
• As Regional Planning and Controller in the Far East, I initiated a CAD/CAM project that allowed for a two-year tax-free extension ($4 million savings) and also arranged for $20 million to remain offshore tax-free.
   
• As a corporate manager responsible for Cost Management, I created and led cross-functional discussions and training that helped operations focus on truly profitable products and on eliminating non-value-added costs and activities.
